Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Net Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Platform Use

Net Studio provides tools for businesses to manage websites, bookings, customers, staff, checkout, subscriptions, payments, career listings, and related operational workflows.

You agree to use Net Studio only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Business owners are responsible for managing staff access, customer data, service information, pricing, bookings, and public website content.

Bookings and Customers

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their availability, services, pricing, cancellation rules, staff assignments, and booking details.

Net Studio provides software tools but does not guarantee that customers will book, attend, pay, or complete appointments.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe, Apple, and Google. By using payment features, you agree to follow the applicable payment provider terms.

Net Studio is not a bank and does not directly hold customer card data. Payment availability, payouts, refunds, disputes, settlement timing, and account requirements may depend on third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some Net Studio features may require an active subscription, trial, or paid plan. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, cancellation, and access may vary depending on the billing provider used.

If a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails, access to certain platform features may be limited or disabled.

Refunds and Disputes

Businesses are responsible for their own customer refund policies unless otherwise required by law or payment provider rules.

Net Studio may provide refund and cancellation tools, but businesses remain responsible for how those tools are used.

Business Content

Businesses may upload or publish text, images, services, career listings, pricing, descriptions, website content, and other materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to use it.

Communication Tools

Net Studio may support email, SMS, booking reminders, confirmations, alerts, and other communications. You are responsible for using these tools lawfully and for obtaining any required consent from recipients.

Availability

Net Studio may change, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk, causes harm, abuses the platform, or fails to meet payment or provider requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Net Studio is provided as business software. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Net Studio is not responsible for lost profits, missed bookings, customer disputes, payment provider actions, data loss, or indirect damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Net Studio after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
