Welcome to Net Studio. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data in relation to our business management platform.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your email address and name via Supabase Auth to manage your login and identity.
• Business Data: We store business names, schedules, and team member associations required for the app to function.
• Payment Information: Subscription billing is handled exclusively by Google Play (Android) and Apple (iOS). Payouts for your customers are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Data Usage & Integrity

We use your data to provide booking services and business management tools. Because Net Studio is a collaborative platform, business-related records (like transactions and schedules) are maintained to preserve the integrity of the team’s history.

3. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Users may request account deletion at any time via the Settings > Support > Delete Account section within the app.

Note on Deletion: To protect the business records of other team members and customers:

• Personal Identifying Information (PII) such as your email and name will be scrubbed or anonymized.
• Business-level transaction rows remain in our database to ensure historical accuracy for the remaining team members, but will no longer be linked to your personal identity.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for data hosting and authentication, and Google Play/Apple/Stripe for financial transactions. Each of these services maintains its own privacy standards.
